This policy describes what information this website collects, how it is used, and who processes it. It applies to sdt-technology.com and to the contact form on this site. It does not describe the systems Solution Driven Technology LLC operates for clients under separate agreements.

Information you submit

The contact form asks for your name, your firm or practice, your email address, and a message. Name and email address are required. You choose what to include in the message.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to schedule a consultation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

Who processes form submissions

The contact form is delivered by Formsubmit.co, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, its contents are transmitted to Formsubmit.co and forwarded to support@sdt-email.com. Formsubmit.co handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Hosting logs. This site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel records standard server request data, including IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of request, for security and operational purposes.

This site does not set cookies of its own, does not run analytics scripts, and does not run advertising or tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

To request a copy of the information you have submitted, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email support@sdt-email.com or call 973-949-1700. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This site links to third-party websites, including the platforms we work in. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before submitting information to them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
